About us
Boyars' Cellar Bistro has been open since January 2006 in the basement of an inter-war villa, at the junction of Stirbei Voda street with Calea Plevnei. To be able to get to us you have to descend 7 steps which make the access more difficult for the boyars with locomotors problems.

Boyars' Cellar Bistro has two halls: smokers (6 tables) and non-smokers (2 tables) with a total capacity of 32 places.
We organize parties and other events with an established menu or a la carte.
The terrace of The Cellar has 5 tables.
The soccer fans are invited to watch the games in the smokers' hall.
